My 3 mantras

I just decided to share with you my 3 mantras that I write about in my book Eat Dance Shine:

It’s never too late to take charge of your health.

Even small changes can make a difference.

It’s what you do every day that matters.

They give me hope; they make the mission of great health, into old age, feel possible; they prompt me to keep going. SO… I encourage you to accept invitations to improve your wellbeing. What do you do daily that makes a difference? Comment below
