I am now back from my adventures in the Middle East and raring to go! It was amazing climbing and trekking in the desert. I was SO grateful for Nia, without which my muscles and joints would not have coped. I am reminded of the 5 sensations of Nia: Flexibility, Agility, Mobility, Strength and Stability. Yes they were all needed and required as we scrambled up and over and even under massive sandstone boulders, all the time climbing to dizzying heights without any safety ropes or helmets! Coming down like an inverted crab ie hands and feet doing the walking, face up and bum raised. Get the picture?
