Classes during May – July 16th
Autumn Term starts Tuesday 13th September

 At a glance: 2 In-Person class per week in Kings Langley, 2 online ZOOM Nia classes per week at 09.00am (BST/GMT+1)

Tuesdays 09.30 – Classic Nia at KL Community Centre 

Wednesdays 09.00 – Nia Moving to Heal on ZOOM  

Thursday  16.00 Classic Nia All Saints Church Hall, Church Lane WD4

Saturdays 09.00 – Classic Nia on ZOOM

Classes costs £10 per class, payable in blocks of 4 or more by bank transfer or paypal.me/michelekaye4

The Nia Challenge

4th May – 10th May 7 Day Nia Challenge, an opportunity to take a 30 minute Nia session for a week! Be part of a supportive, loving and inspiring community, from all over the UK we come together to dance, stay healthy, connect and have fun. (Sunday is an optional rest day, or use the video)

To register pay £15

Also available for £10 per class, are one hour zoom classes on Wednesdays 9am(Moving to Heal) and Saturdays 9am (Classic Nia). You are welcome to join these too when it is convenient for you and you can pay on the day.
 
Come to ‘live’ sessions on zoom, when you can, or use the 24 hour replay videos that you will receive each morning via email. It will be great to dance with you, ‘live’ when you can make it. We are in this together!
You can stay connected to the community, and share how it’s going for you or ask a question in the Whatsapp group – Nia with Michele Whatsappgroup. You can also send me an email.

Take each session in your own way, listening to how you feel and adjust accordingly. Take a rest, sit down, if you need to. Always make it feel good and enjoy the Music, Movement and Magic….mmm. Remember this is a gift to yourself! Whether you are here to build fitness, increase mobility, reduce stiffness and move your body every day, or simply just to get up each morning and start with an uplifting movement session, a dance, to connect with others, feel energised –  all is welcome, all is possible. 

Come to live sessions or use the 24 hour replay video that I will email to you each day (on the recordings, only I will be visible). On Sundays either make it your rest day, or use the previous day’s video.
